Across cultures and throughout history men have gathered in circles to share stories, to listen, and to lean on one another. In the modern world this tradition has almost disappeared. Many men now find themselves without spaces where they can speak openly, show vulnerability, or connect beyond the roles placed upon them. A mens circle offers something different: a chance to show up as you are, to listen deeply, and to be part of a community. You might be asking: what happens in a men’s circle? do I have to share things I’m not ready to? is this for me, even if I’ve never done anything like it before? These questions are valid and welcome. The circle isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering that you don’t have to carry everything alone. What you can expect on the day: Breathwork to steady and reset A sharing circle where every voice has value Light movement to reconnect with the body An archetype meditation, exploring the energy of healthy leadership, grounded presence, and the ability to serve from strength rather than dominance Time together to experience what community feels like when men come together with openness At SHALA + SAGE we recognise the importance of the work Samora is leading and we are honoured to host him as he brings this tradition of men gathering in circle into our space.
