CANCELLATION POLICY

 

​​If you need to cancel a class, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Please use our booking system to process your cancellation. 

 

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded.

If you have booked using a 5 or 10 class pass, your class will be automatically credited back to your account if you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice.

Memberships 1, 2, and Monthly Unlimited are flexible. However, we ask for 14 days’ written notice to cancel your membership. If you cancel with more than 14 days’ notice before your next billing date, no further payments will be taken. If notice is given within 14 days of your upcoming payment, or one final payment will be processed, and your membership will end the following month.​

Cancellations or no-shows for Unlimited members 

Unlimited Members are permitted one (1) no-show or late cancellation per calendar week without penalty. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent attendance, and this allowance is extended as a courtesy to our members.

Should a Member exceed one (1) no-show or late cancellation within any given calendar week, a fee of £13.00 (equivalent to the standard mat cost) will be applied to the Member's account in respect of each additional missed session during that week.

All outstanding fees must be settled promptly upon application to the Member's account. In the event that any such charges remain unpaid, the Member's Unlimited Membership will be paused with immediate effect. During any period of suspension, you will be unable to make bookings until the outstanding balance has been paid in full and the membership reinstated.

 

By holding an Unlimited Membership, Members agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. 

REFUND POLICY

  • Single Class Bookings: Non-refundable. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you can transfer your booking to another class within the same week.

  • Class Pass Purchases: Non-refundable. If you cancel a class with at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule it within the validity period of your pass.

  • Membership Fees: Non-refundable after the first month. If you cancel your membership, it will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.

 

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In cases of emergencies, clients may request a credit for future classes. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
